We believe in the continuous training of our employees and our customers.  We know that training is critical to our success and yours.  We offer training in sales, service, application and business management. Our training is taught by professionals from all over the country, as well as BDI employees who specialize in specific areas and can provide local training to our customers. 
 
We also offer many self-study courses and training CD's and DVD's. In addition, Butcher and Trane have Training Partners that specialize in different areas.  You have direct access to those partners.  Check out the Training Partners Tab to the left for a more detailed list of these companies.
